Nash Davytan

Ag-Economist & Data Analyst
2 years

Nash was born in Armenia. Since his early childhood, he had a passion for numbers and agriculture. After graduating high school, he pursued a B.S. in agribusiness and marketing at the Armenian National Agrarian University. After studying for a year, he enlisted in the Armenian Armed Forces for mandatory military service. After two years of military service and discharge with honors, Nash returned to school and joined Agribusiness Teaching Center (ATC): a joint educational program between Texas A&M University and the Armenian National Agrarian University. During his study, he spent one semester at Tuscia University in Italy as a part of the Erasmus+ exchange student program. Last but not least, Nash pursued his M.S. in agricultural economics from Kansas State University, with his research concentrated on Kansas farms’ resilience.

Nash has been working with VFF since 2022 as a data analyst. He initially interviewed for an office manager for Luc Valentin; however, Nash’s unique skill set was noticed, and Luc redirected him to Brian, to be recruited to work directly for VFF. His primary objectives are conducting research, analyzing, and improving the quality and usefulness of VFF’s data. Nash’s strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills are valuable to the team.

WHY VFF:
“Working with VFF gives me satisfaction of creating value for society. With VFF I am a small link on a big chain.”
