Juan, coming from Chihuahua, Mexico, has roots in farming, having grown up immersed in the agricultural lifestyle. Prior to joining VFF, his journey included becoming a skilled mechanic. He came to the United States in 2023 with his wife Edna and their three children. He began working at VFF the same year. Juan’s main responsibility is working in the shop, where he does mechanical and maintenance work on trucks. It was apparent right away that he has a strong work ethic, making him an invaluable asset to the VFF team.
