Jim is a hardworking man who was born in Mexico. He currently lives in Kansas with his wife, Susie and their two children. Jim enjoys spending time with his family, enjoying outdoor activities and barbecuing. Despite Jim’s quiet demeanor, Jim’s work ethic speaks for itself.

Jim’s journey with VFF started with him hauling manure, and he has been doing it for many years now. Despite the physical demands of the job, Jim has always been up for the challenge, and his dedication has not gone unnoticed. Aside from hauling manure, Jim has also taken on other responsibilities. During harvest he helps haul grain from the fields, and he can also run a tractor, turn manure, and assist with mechanic work.
