Each summer, there’s a youthful crew that VFF has to lend a helping hand. They are able to be flexible and take on any job they are assigned with great attitudes. The crew handles a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to; property maintenance, painting jobs, cleaning grain bins, trimming trees, and tractor and yard mowing. Though not always a glamorous job, their work does not go unnoticed and upholds VFF’s standards and enhances its appearance. Balancing their summer activities and work showcases their exceptional work ethic while instilling VFF’s values of attention to detail, teamwork, and accountability. This crew always manages to get the job done efficiently and have fun while doing it. With the amount of rainfall we have gotten this summer season, they are definitely kept busy!
